Returns & Exchanges
At Gauhar Ali, each piece is designed with intention and produced in limited quantities. We encourage clients to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Gauhar Ali reserves the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Final Sale
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Limited edition releases
* Made-to-order pieces
* Archive or sample sale items
* Gift cards
Exchanges
Size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Return Authorization
To request a return authorization, please contact:

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gauhar Ali cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
