Shipping

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Europe: 2–5 business days

International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Worn, damaged, or altered items

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at your email address and include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
